Booked on Tuesday for tyre fitting Thursday working nights so had to get up, got to the garage no tyre the garage declined the order because they had no slots. Called Blackcircle who told me they had rearranged the booking for Monday without contacting me. Looked again on there website and it was allowing me to book with the same garage for Saturday even though they know there is no slots until at least Monday. Appalling way of conducting business I will not be using them again, first and last time.
