Selected tyres and booked a slot for Friday at 11:30 at a garage a few minutes from my home. There was no confirmation of the booking so I contacted Blackcircles. The garage had not accepted the booking. An alternative was offered approximately 4-5 miles away for Saturday. When I got to the second garage the staff were over run with online bookings so were running late. It took over an hour, no fault of the garage who were doing their best. I won't be using Blackcircles again. The system does not work.
