Absolutely awful. Ordered tyres to be fitted at home because they had availability on the most convenient afternoon. Received an email to say they couldn't attend my address on that day so could I go to a garage the following day. I replied to say that I could and please book me in. They then replied to say that the mobile fitter could do it on the day I first requested but it would be an all day call. I responded to say I couldn't be available all day due to work which is why I had requested an afternoon appointments initially. I asked again if I could attend a garage the following day but after all this back and forth there were no garage appointments available for a week. Asked for a refund and will not be using again.
