Terrible customer service I received. Kept getting told my tyre would be next day next day. To then being told it would be a week later really isn’t good enough. Trying to blame the local fitter when you guys couldn’t even get him the tyre. Then for 3-5 days for my money back when paying £235 for a tyre is shocking when I have to go get another because you can’t complete an order is not good. So I pay for two tyres before getting my money back. Was told I would get a call back in 10-15 minutes to let me know what’s going on. But instead got an email. Will never use again.
