Awful company, unreliable and extremely poor customer service. Ordered 4 premium Michelin run-flat tyres (£800+) order. The mobile fitter ATS Euromaster never arrived on the day. No communication. Only found out at 6pm they would not turn up and could not come until the next day at 2.30pm. Wasted an entire day off work. I could not do the next time and rely on them. They offered no compensation and said only goodwill after fitting. No one was proactive to get an earlier slot or figure out an option to help. Decided to take my business elsewhere and it caused a significant amount of inconvenience as I had to find a different fitter and tyres last minute. First experience with Blackcircles and even their fitters do not care - they were happy to have a complaint against Blackcircles and have no consideration for their customers. It's better to pay slightly more than this shambolic car crash of a company. Never got any call backs despite calls to their team and their WhatsApp team were beyond useless. If I could remove the 1* I would.
