My car had a slash puncture about 90 miles from home on a Sunday. Couldn't call any garages so used blackcircle to order a tyre to be delivered to a local garage and to be fitted Tues morning. Got green flag to lift my car to said garage. The Monday late afternoon they email changing my appointment to Thursday. My car is off road, I've made arrangements to get it back on the Tues and they say when I call there is nothing they can do. Luckily the garage turned out to be able to set me up themselves, but what exactly is the point of this online service where you book a slot if they have no idea if they can actually fulfil their orders (when asked they said they couldn't get any tyre that fits my car until Thursday. A joke). Will never use again.
