Ordered 4 new tyres on Tuesday online was told they would be delivered on Friday. This was no problem as I had fitting arranged for Saturday. However a delivery driver arrived on Thursday morning with only two tyres. Was told by the driver they forgot to put on the lorry however don't worry I'll pop back tomorrow with the other two! Thought this was odd so I emailed blackcircles customer services and called, was assured on the phone this is normal and I will get the other two tyres tomorrow! Friday comes round, I wait until 3pm no delivery!. Emailed customer services and called. I was told the tyres are lost in transit however they will order 4 more and get delivered out asap but cant get them delivered in time for fitting, ( I only need two) was offered a manager to call me back in 15 minutes, 40 minutes later! I get a call to advise unfortunatly the tyres are lost in transit! Offered to arrange mobile fit when the finally get delivered however I would need to pay £69! This option has not resolved the problem and I will definitaly not order again not impressed. Won't recommend! I haven't had any email replies.
