Expected a delivery of pottery clay, tracking said it was to be delivered--- then changed to complete lie! The driver reported the delivery had been refused when he arrived as it was damaged! Completely untrue! I was in all day and at the time he/she claimed that I refused delivery - I was not only home, but working at the front of my house. Quite astonishing, unprofessional and unethical. Tried calling to talk to a human being but could not get past the answering machine! The last time I had a delivery they only delivered a part of the order. A very, very unreliable and unprofessional company!
