Only giving 1 star as zero star is not possible. Having sent a notification that the delivery was going to be delayed a day it soon became apparent why. I had ordered a case of 12 bottles of wine and when it arrived it had clearly been repackaged in an oversized box with no bottle dividers so the wine bottles were just loose. The original box had clearly been dropped and one or more bottles broken. The box that was delivered only contained 9 of the 12 bottles ordered, the labels and bottles of which all showed evidence of being soaked in wine. In addition 2 of the bottle tops were also damaged. No hint of an apology or explanation from the deliverer as to what had happened or any remedial action proposed. Did they seriously think that I wouldn't notice only 75% of the order was delivered. No option on their website or phone service to register a complaint as a recipient or discuss any potential remediation therefore no options but to complete review. Apalling service and would not recommend DHL to anyone based on this experience.

TERRIBLE AWFUL COMPANY. DO NOT USE. They said they delivered my parcel and that it was signed for. It was NOT. Picture taken as proof seems to be some car park and not my house. Tried calling customer services and kept waiting for ages. Probably no one their. Go elsewhere and avoid al all costs.

Ridiculous mockery in the name of service. The scanner (which is the main thing of a packstation) is totally blank and kaput, but nobody knows it! And they can’t even come to fix it cause it is Friday!!! I mean seriously? The reason why people choose the packstation delivery mode is- they can withdraw the parcel whenever they want, right? And I need to wait for friday+Sat+Sunday + some hours of Monday (hopefully) just to get my parcel “mechanically”???? If you don’t have the infrastructure to maintain digitalised systems, then just don’t go for it. And if you still want, then make sure you fix the machines promptly. Otherwise no point of having pack stations.

I have had the worst experience with DHL in my whole life. I arranged for a collection from my house last Friday 28/11/2025. The driver never turned up as I stayed in all day. When I spoke to customer services they said the driver said there was no one in. Luckily we have a full working CCTV system that monitors our property 24/7 and no one from DHL was on our system. When I told the Customer Service person they said they could see the driver had not put in our GPS location so the driver had not been to our house that day. This has now happened a further two times without the parcel being picked up. I have made calls everyday to DHL trying to resolve this, with no success. I have filled out the complaints form on the DHL web site four times and still no reply from DHL. There is no escalation process from DHL to resolve an issue like this. I hope someone from DHL will read this review and contact me - here is the DHL Parcel reference number, which hopefully will have the case notes and my contact details 60120224408580 - I would appreciate a call from DHL. A very frustrating customer experience that has now been going on for seven days!!!

DHL delivered a package of fire logs to a vague 'neighbour'....up a steep hill and too far/ heavy to just pick up. Driver clearly not motivated to complete the job.

Worst delivery ever. They do not deliver. They set status to "delivery attempt" without even attempting it. Their people just do not want to do their job, too lazy. No one controls them. Support center is not available. Rule of thumb: "Never use DHL".

Do not use DHL, they're terrible! They haven't responded to 2 previous emails. This is the 3rd day my urgent parcel has been sat on the back of their van, on it's way back to the depot again because there is, obviously, no way their driver can deliver 150 parcels in one day. Tracking at 5pm says the driver is "on his way to stop number 70." Not even halfway. Are they seriously attempting to run a business? Three days straight they've had at least 30 parcels return to the depot, according to tracking. Their site says they "could not gain access to the property". Untrue, I've been in all day, two days straight waiting for them. Professional courier firms leave a card when no one's in. Also, the option to have it delivered to a local drop off shop has disappeared from their website, so I have no options for receiving my parcel. Absolutely hopeless, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I ordered some dog food from a retailer on 19th Nov. The retailer advised the shipment was dispatched soon after; DHL indicated delivery on 25th Nov. But, no show. The new delivery date was 26th Nov. Again no show; it also showed shipment at the delivery depot. Very strange as no delivery was attempted. 27th Nov a complete silence; no update whatsoever. No response from customer care despite 2 messages. DHL is a timewaster. I'd not buy from a retailer using DHL.

I was informed the delivery would arrive between 13:19–15:19, so I rearranged both my work schedule and family commitments to be home during that slot. The driver instead arrived at 12:38, when no one was there, and left because a signature was required. I received a text claiming the driver called and attempted collection, but no call was made. As a result, the delivery has now been pushed to the next day — meaning I have to reorganise everything again around whatever time slot they decide to send. A service that doesn’t match the delivery window it provides creates a huge inconvenience for customers. If zero stars were possible, I would choose that. DHL needs to understand the impact caused when the information they give in emails and text messages is not followed in practice.

Claimed by DHL delivery driver that it cannot identify the address, but other delivery companies have no issues at all, and the address is clearly marked by Google Map. They often delivery my stuff to the same number (a apartment shared with the same post code) , but my address is a house (not an apartment), or delivery to the same house number with a different post code.

Honestly Useless ordered a laptop for next day delivery (Friday) for a client, they then delayed till Monday (no reason given) then Monday someone rang door bell then literally ran off after 1 minute with the laptop, before we can answer door, with my wife chasing them onto the road waving, but they drove off. next Tuesday finally got it but very late! Here I am again, another Friday, another pre noon delivery which at 3pm has not arrived... contact forms say they will get back to me after a day - and phone in they just hang up?! Why do companies use these fools

Worst company if I could them zero I would. This has been 3 occasions where I have ordered bits with the. I have waited 10 days for express delivery and we aren’t even at Christmas yet. This has resulted in me cancelling a monthly order with a company as I can’t wait around for parcels not delivered Cancelled this in the end

The worst currier service out there!!! Brain dead people…you’d be quicker to design, build, and then walk your package to your destination it’d be quicker!! After organising a collection they went to 50 doors down instead of our address then put they’d made a collection effort, no email, no text, no way to contact them, then changed the collection to closed. We finally managed to ring a DHL number and be put through to someone who said they can’t do anything apart from re open the delivery and someone will contact me, still nothing, no confirmation of collection, ring the tracking option and it says out for collection today and hangs up, two days past again and still nothing. Moral of the story deliver it your self, worse than the royal mail these idiots.

Their shipping system appears to be disorganized. A parcel I received from Lebanon was repeatedly rerouted across the United States—from the East Coast to the West Coast, and even to the South—despite the correct address being clearly provided
