After never even bothering to deliver my parcel DHL left it in their depot for 13 days. I tried to email, Twitter, Facebook and phone to try to get my parcel delivered but I was ignored every time and finally the emailed me 13 days later to say it’s been returned to sender. Avoid this company at all costs their levels of incompetence is staggering and their refusal to do the job they have been paid to do defies all reason.
