I wish I could give negative stars. DHL really screwed up on this one. I shipped a package to Canada. DHL contacted me a couple of weeks later and said customer refused to pay additional fees. Ok, I went ahead and paid the additional customs fees on behalf of my customer. Almost a month later I find out DHL discarded the package. What? Why? I called DHL and they said I had authorized it. What? Why would I do a stupid thing like that? Now they also say they do not deliver to PO Boxes. Well, then why was I able to buy a label? They should not have sold me that label. And,why did the DHL driver pick up, and scan in front of me, not say anything? Why was the label not rejected by their system? Why did they ask me to pay additional fees if the label was against their policy? Worst company ever.
