They have lost my package and didn't take any responsibility for it, nor did they care. If you can't assure to transport a package from point A to point B then don't sell it. Poor product, poor customer service and largely overpriced. Since this incident I only use postal services which are much cheaper and better in every regard.
I only give 1 star as there is no option for 0.
DHL - your incompetence has cost me a lot of time and money to replace what you have taken from me. Never again will I use your services.
