Soory to say but there is utter lack of co-ordination between customer care and pick up team. Customer care says pick up will be done between 1 pm to 8 pm anytime whereas pick up guy says the time has been chosen as per the customer's instructions. It has happened with me not one, not twice but last 3-4 times. Customer is like a pendulum for them I guess.
Only the brand is impressive now, not the service.
