If I could give DHL zero stars, I would. They are just that bad. On Wednesday, they said my parcel was out for delivery. It was NOT delivered. On Thursday,they said my parcel was out for delivery. It was NOT delivered. On Friday,they said my parcel was out for delivery. It was NOT delivered. Today, Saturday, they said that my parcel didn't even make it on to the delivery vehicle and that it might be delivered on Monday! Moreover, they made it clear that their contract was not with me but with the company from which I ordered this product. They were unhelpful and completely uninterested in resolving my issue. I implore you not to use DHL and not to order products from companies who use DHL.
