I had a package coming from Austailia to NY.Have used FedEx in the past with no problem.The package was supposed to arrive in 5 business days.Took over 2 weeks.The most aggravating shipping experience I ever had.When my package arrived LA ,it sat there in customs for a week.I didnt know what was going on.I had to contact DHL( Which wasnt easy.Then they told me I needed to send info on my social security card.If I didnt call them , nothing would have been done Then they said all was good.But it wasnt.It still sat in customs for more days.Then I find out that I have to pay duties on my package in advance or DHL would send it back to Austalia It finally was cleared and got to NY. Where it sat for another 2 days.I was tracking the shipping all the time It was so stressful.Never thought I would get my pkg but it finally arrived after 2 weeks.I will never use DHL again. Use Fedex.
