You pay for tracking, then they don’t update the status. After two weeks of limbo, I emailed them. They still haven’t replied. But I did get a status change. It says that even though I have already paid for shipping and handling, now that they have the package, they want to charge more, so wait for an email with the new price they are charging. After a week I still haven’t got the email. DHL is very unprofessional.
