Very bad experience. Bad service. Sent a brand new iPhone from Germany to my son, who lives in Hungary in February. They took the parcel and gave a tracking number too. But since February till today, 2nd July the phone was not delivered. No one to speak to! No one to take responsibility! All they say is now, that the phone is lost or can't find the phone. How silly and irresponsible can they be? A lady named Kristina kept replying few mails. Saying there is no whereabouts of the phone. And in the beginning when contacted the call center they said it will be delivered soon. But later, she kept saying the parcel is found to be dangerous and can't find the phone any more. Joke! so workers from DHL, STEAL or are they thieves? or are they least bothered about their customers? Very depressing and shattered to know how they provide service!
