I ordered a tent. I was pressed for time, and after a few days I asked sportfits where the parcel was now? they replied that they did not know, so I contacted DHL, they said that the parcel would reach me on June 12, it was too late for us. So I contacted sportfits and informed them that I would not accept the shipment and it would be sent back to sportfits. It was June 5, today is July 4.
I cannot find information in DHL where the shipment is currently. Terrible service
