Worst delivery experience ever. I have been waiting for a letter that got to them since June 27th, a letter I paid over 100€ for from Nigeria to Germany. Today is July 9th and this letter is nowhere close to home. A regular letter would have arrived, with far less cost. One DHL customer service provider was bold enough to tell me they have done everything on their part to deliver m letter and I didn't do my own job. I never received an email, no call, I had to search for them to understand why my letter is not being delivered. Although she admitted that they tried to send me an email but had internal issues, it now became my fault because I didn't do my job by reaching out to them. I asked her why they didn't call me but she had no response. And even after talking to them and providing all what they needed, now since the 6th, the letter is still in their keeping. It is so frustrating. The cost I will incur with that letter not getting to me in time will be enormous. Will DHL pay that for me? I hope they will because that will be the beginning of a huge scandal for them.
