Absolutely the worst and least dependable international shipping.
Their customer service has no idea what they are conveying. I called multiple times and got different answers every time.
Shipment sent from Greece to US before June 1st is still nowhere to be found July 16.
And now it is given to a “third party” without any information of who and no tracking.
I will never use them or accept shipments from them for my business.
