This is the 2nd time I pd for 2 day delivery for an order and did not receive my package. The first time was you in Florida every day for three days to go back to Tennessee and the package never arrived at our family’s house. It took me two weeks to get my money back from the company of $230. I placed another order and this company is using DHL and my package was supposed to be delivered today August 5 and it is now 7 PM and my package still has not arrived . We are supposed to be moving into an Airbnb for three days as we were having construction done on our house and cannot be here tomorrow when the package is now being promised. So, thankfully, we both work from home, but one of us is gonna have to go back to the house where there’s gonna be banging on the roof to wait for this very expensive package. I hate this company.
