If I can, then I will give negative rating. The more and more worst customer and delivery experience I've ever experienced. I sent the package from Germany to India using DHL Express, and it shows as delivered to the destination within two working days. It's unrealistic for DHL service, but at least one day more but still didn't reach. They have the caller tone that "Wherever you are, just call my name, and I will deliver." it's too far from the service and transparency they have. The answers to the deliveries were machine-readable, and it is like in transit, and we cannot locate the exact location and so on.
