Shockingly bad. I’m surprised they’re still in business. I was due an urgent delivery today. Received an email saying parcel refused! My CCTV shows they had not even approached my property. I’ve tried calling to be passed on 3 times and cut off twice. When I heard DHL was delivering my parcel my heart sank. Why in earth do any decent businesses use them?
