Package requiring signature stuffed half into my letterbox and signed for by the delivery person.
I contacted customer care to make them aware of this, hoping for an explanation or an apology… I was simply passed from pilar to post and got neither on my first attempts.
Eventually I was told that it was the mistake of the company that sent the package for doing it wrong, despite DHL express messaging me during the shipping process to make sure I was home to sign for the package. There was no accountability or apology
