Dear DHL, if you don't want to lose more customers please make sure you prepare them ahead of time for a bad experience. Tell them in advance that their packaged will take longer to be delivered even when they paid extra to make it faster. Also, that at any point the company will not know where you package is because it was given to a third-party delivery company due to their city being out of the are of service. And that the follow up might never come or will come days after their stuff was delivered. You guys really dropped the ball on this one.
