If I could give them a zero-star rating, I would! Their customer service is terrible. The representatives I spoke to showed no concern for my issues at all. They laughed and tried to rush me off the phone, even saying, "Oh my God." Who does DHL hire for this? These individuals should not be working in customer service. If we pay for a service, it should come with excellent customer support.
