Not deserving of one star. I bought a watch for my son – better than I ever had. DHL promised deliver between 1 PM and 3 PM today. To be sure, I spent 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM sitting in a chair just inside our front door reading a good book. With my barky dog at my side. When no DHL truck appeared by 3:30 PM, I checked my emails to see a LIE that DHL had “attempted” delivery AT 12:45 PM. NO ATTEMPT TO DELIVER. Now, I am told, I must be home all tomorrow to get delivery. DHL has done this to me before and once left a largish box out by our country mailbox, about 200 yards from the house, falsely claiming that I had signed for it. I found it months later when the snow melted. “F” rating with the BBB, and DHL is not that good. Lies as a business plan.
