Terrible Service - Would Give 0 Stars if Possible I had an awful experience with DHL. My parcel was delayed by two days, despite me being at home every single time waiting for them. I wasted my free time expecting delivery, only to be delayed multiple times in the same day. The next morning, I was home again, waiting for the delivery, and guess what? The driver didn’t even bother to ring the bell or knock on my door. Instead, they left a slip directing me to pick up the parcel from some random post office. Absolutely unacceptable. If I could give 0 stars, I would. DHL needs to seriously address their drivers' attitudes and their unreliable service.
