Worst experience of my life! Shipment reached Ontario on Dec 4 and was estimated to arrive by Dec 6. After 12 phone calls and several promises of delivery within 48 hours, my package finally arrived on Dec 31. Also, I was promised telephone follow-ups from DHL, but no one called as scheduled. The package was full of Christmas gifts for my grandchildren who obviously didn't receive them on time. I had to explain that Santa apologized that his elves didn't get them made in time, but they were in the mail. Such a stressful time and DHL ruined our Christmas! Wish a score of 0 was available to choose because they certainly don't even deserve a score or 1!!
