such a frustrating experience with dhl that i am writing my first ever review of anything. the alerts look scammy and because i am unable to dedicate a whole day to sit at home and wait for a package i decided to waive the signature. turns out it takes 24 business hours for them to process a request so despite my package being in my area code right now, it won’t be delivered for another 3 days. i called customer support in hopes of undoing or somehow fixing this. once i was able to get past the annoying robot the lady at the customer service center (though very kind and none of this is her fault) informed me that there is absolutely no way to get my package (that was scheduled to be delivered today) today even when i explained that i am leaving town tomorrow and need to take this with me. so beyond frustrated as every twist and turn of this experience felt like dhl policies were made to ensure the worst possible service.
