I am totally disillusioned with dhl Quoted "all in" fee of £75 to ship 13 kolo personla used possession to greece from uk. Then dhl greece got involved. Hidden fee of 45 plus vat just to provide paperwork to greek customs on top of duty. No returned calls. 5 emails before a one line reply holding me to ransom. Why not just tell your customers the truth? One week of delays and NO customer service, no reply to emails and agents unable to access any information so unable to help with anything! Shame on you greedy dishonest multinational rip off company. Avoid unless u want to be ripped off and abused!
