Appalling service. Paid express delivery for animal PMO medication. On second day got a message on tracker to say delayed. Deliver next day. 2 days later still no parcel and no communication from DHL. You can’t speak to anyone. They ignore your messages. My supplier has now lost a customer because of them. Now there is strong animal medication out there somewhere …..and my animal is in pain. Will order with someone who doesn’t use DHl from now on
