DHL VIOLATED its own policy to collect fees prior to delivery. I WAS NOT GOING TO ACCEPT DELIVERY due to these unexpected charges for customs. I was on vacation and the packages were left on my porch WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION OR PAYMENT. Three separate orders on two different days. I was then invoiced three customs duty charges for each item. I was unaware of these extra charges. I was never given the chance to deny the shipment as outlined in email, text message and phone voicemail communication from DHL. My total charges from DHL and the company for shipping amounted to $262!!!
