Tracking said it was going to be delivered on 01/28/25 yet it was in Arizona and I’m in New Mexico, first red flag. Get a picture of my order that is nowhere near my home. Take time on my lunch break to go and and see and to find out it’s no where near me. Was told they were going to contact the drivers to pick it back up. Received an email saying it’s been deemed “unlocatable” and to contact the merchant that they were closing my case without doing anything further. Disgusting customer service on the drivers end for being so careless. Peoples hard earned money is just being thrown away. If I can put 0 stars I would that’s what they deserve.
