A packet was sent over dhl 14 November from Australia, never arrived because in Madrid they didn't know that my city exists in Gran Canaria. It was resent to Australie and 2 January posted again. It arrived 27 January in the depot, and they should deliver it after a phone call when they arrive at my complex, what they never did. I had to take my packet up in the depot, what for me is 120 km driving. Next time I will let you do 140 steps to go to my door for delivery. Roger Vandezande
