Status said "Deliver Feb 13" then Feb 10 - Status says Returned. WTF? They didn't even try to deliver because it was returned on the 10th....its not even the 13th yet! They really suck, and there is no way to actually get Live Customer Support! Good luck getting anything shipped by DHL..no delivery I have ever had has been smooth. Thank heavens not may people use it.
NOT to mention I actually paid to have the product sent FedEx, but that is on the merchant. They should know better than to use DHL
