Disappointing Service and heavy Charges - A Horrible Experience with DHL I recently had the unfortunate experience of using DHL, and I must say it was incredibly disappointing. From start to finish, the service was subpar, and the prices were exorbitant, especially considering the lack of quality in their delivery. First and foremost, the service was painfully slow. Despite being promised expedited shipping, my package arrived much later than expected. There was no clear communication about delays, and tracking updates were either inaccurate or non-existent. This lack of transparency left me in the dark, unsure of where my package was or when it would arrive. What made this even worse were the ridiculous charges. DHL's prices are outrageously high for the level of service they provide. Not only was the shipping fee excessive, but there were also hidden charges that were only revealed at the checkout stage. I had no clear explanation for these extra costs, and it felt like I was being overcharged for a service that barely met basic expectations. To make matters worse, when I tried to reach out to their customer service team, I was met with long response times and unhelpful replies. It felt as though my concerns weren’t taken seriously at all. Overall, I cannot recommend DHL based on my experience. Their prices are unjustifiable for the service provided, and the lack of communication or care in delivering packages is simply unacceptable.
