Dear DHL,
The recent incident involving your handling of my package has been unprofessional, unacceptable, and unnecessary. Upon examination of the package, it was evident that there was no reason to defile the box, which does not belong to DHL. I have never witnessed such an attitude directed towards another individual’s property.
Regarding the return request, it was never made to provide identification. The only requirement was to present identification upon dropping off the package at a designated DHL location. This is not our first shipment with DHL, and therefore, the claim that I did not provide identification is unfounded. It appears that this incident is targeted, and I require a more comprehensive explanation.
It is highly unlikely that individuals would voluntarily add their personal identification to a consignment package. Therefore, I believe that the employee responsible for handling my shipment lacked respect for others’ property.
In light of this incident, I recommend that the employee involved undergo additional training or seek employment that aligns better with their personality. Failure to uphold DHL’s standards is unacceptable.
I trust that DHL will take this matter seriously and implement appropriate measures to ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future.
