"NOW PROFIT MARGINS SEEM TO HAVE REPLACED GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE/RECYCLING EXPERIENCE." ENVIROFONE given my ongoing problems (December 2018) have let "corporate greed" take over from reliable and honest recycling of smartphones... "corporate gangsters." Cant wait to see the condition they send my formerly immaculate Galaxy S6 back in. That's if I ever see it again!!! DISGRACEFUL...
