Website has iphone 15 Pro worth up to £400....they offered £130 once received. Only issue was a cracked rear glass which is a £50 repair. Complete waste of time. Avoid. Scammers using high up front offers and then reducing offer once received. Waste of my time.

Sent them decent iphone 12 pro max they came back to me saying its faulty but the phone was working perfectly fine. They offered 285 after receiving they said it’s faulty and offered me 75 which of course i rejected and now i received my phone back with deep screwdriver scratches all over my phone.

I sent them my phone in near perfect condition on time and in the packaging they provided. It arrives and they knock almost £100 off the quote due to the condition but give no reason or evidence as to why. It takes until I email them for them to actually give any indication as to the problem and they send my pictures of a phone that has screen that looks like it has been slid across the floor and back multiple times and is covered in scratches. I was shocked and sent them the pictures I had taken of the device beforehand - bare in mind that these photos had all of the envirophone packing in the back ground (labels aswell), yet they come back and say they don't think that I have sent them pictures of the same device I physically sent them. The quite rude customer service person says they can not do anything about it at all and say it's either that or nothing. I was forced to accept their offer as even if they sent it back then I wouldn't be able to get anymore for it anywhere else; after doing so l email them to see if they can help me maybe claim money for the damage from Royal Mail if it was them who damaged it and they have completely ghosted me ever since. I have previously used envirophone with great success and have recommended them to my friends and family who have used them and one of them did have a similar issue to me as well. I will not be using nor recommending them anymore as I am frankly appalled.

Numerous accounts of people losing bitcoin due to fraud have been published that I have read. The first thing I would want to say is that the companies in charge of bitcoin security have not helped recover any lost or stolen coins. In my situation, someone gained access to my emails through computer hacking, and they took $4.3% of my bitcoins. Blockchain squandered my time when I called them straight away. Upon seeking assistance from a bitcoin expert, I managed to locate and get my bitcoins at a nominal cost. I would gladly have paid extra after the task was completed. Be very careful with this company. I will explain my case in detail. I submitted an Iphone14 under the good condition grade. When they inspected, as ever, they downgraded to fair condition. I accepted this. To my surprise, the quotes for good, fair and poor changed since I got my quote and they inspected the Iphone (12 days) so rather than offering me the quote for fair at the time of the submission, they applied me the new prices retrospectively which were way lower because of the Iphone16 launch. I sent loads of emails and they simply said that quotes mean “up to” and “that´s what the technical team said”. Totally unacceptable and such a poor practice. The difference was about 65 pounds and they even asked me to show evidence that the quotes have changed! In addition to this, when I sent my Iphone, I sent an email saying that I would be sending my Iphone original box and screen protectors so they could use this to sell it at an even higher price. When I rejected the quote, I asked them to return back to me everything and they came back to saying that “they have disposed of the box”. So once again, be very careful with this company and don’t send anything else but the iPhone and be aware that is highly likely that they will downgrade you and offer you a significantly lower quote.

Sent a Sony phone and 2 x box controllers they said they were broken and offered me £0 and said they will recycle them for free for me I said no way I want them back don't deal with this company of cowboys

Awful company AVOID! sent my phone in excellent condition was told that it was broke camera ..and something about pixel screen damage I was using this phone all the way up to getting a new one .nought wrong with it I was shocked when I opened the return parce I knew that wasn't the condition I sent it in !!! Total cowboys honestly! I was asked by citizens advice if I took pictures of phone before sending it stupid me didn't! I trusted these people day light robbery at its finest I hope one day they close this company down VILE! If anyone reads this and they are from trading standards .you really need to investigate this so called envirofone!

Absolutely shocking, I purchased a phone on the 19th April, it’s not arrived and I am unable to get any updates due the the phones being disconnected, I will continue to chase this

Bought an unlocked phone for my daughter.. received today... its not unlocked and now Envirophone are away until the bank holiday.. have to wait 5 days for them to come back and answer my question

Sent a phone off to be sold iPhone 11 absolutely pristine condition but was told it wasn’t said on website £195 got £156 but the money was never paid to my bank account, after sending it off 3 weeks ago, got a shoddy email saying money had been paid and it hasn’t been in touch with my bank and never received anymore at all. 5 emails sent called the contact centre absolutely nothing back. Tried to call them and the phone line is broken, no where you can log a complaint. Lost my £156 on a phone that was like brand new, will be going to citizens advice if I get no payment with in a week.

Never Answer the phone and reply to emails. Refused to except returns from faulty goods. Phone lines have been temporarily down for over 3 months. Do not buy from them

Sent in iPad, working perfectly fine. They offered £250 for it. Subsequently they reoffered £62 and said it was faulty. This is an absolute scam. Stay clear.

My phone is a fairly new model Samsung, in good clean working condition. It literally had the tiniest of a screen chip on the top left hand corner. So I honestly had to send it over as faulty?! Their online estimated price was about £90!! I have personally never used one of these sites before and will not do again. They claim to have tested my it and say its faulty! Then offered a pittance at £25. No way!! I've seen the resale price of these models. I feel somewhat conned and totally ripped off and definitely do not recommend this site!

TERRIBLE SERVICE. i sent my tablet off at the beginning of August, it is still being held at their local sorting office because they refuse to accept it. Not responding to communication (multiple email, phone). I have contacted Royal Mail and they are not able to return my device until Environfone give permission. Beware of this company, if they still exist.

Terrible company, sold me a phone they claimed was unlocked, it arrived locked. Contacted them and they said they would get unlock code from Sony in 3 days. Never received code. Tried contacting multiple times couldn't get through then eventually 2 weeks later managed to talk to someone who said that they would get a replacement to me next day. That was a week ago guess what never received a phone and can't get a hold of the company and they won't reply to email. Wish I had found these reviews before buying the phone DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I wish I read all these reviews before dealing with Envirofone. I would leave a 5 star if I stop at the buying experience. You get the phone in one, max two days. I bought three phones from them. This is great service, sure. But when it comes to problems with the phone they send you... well, good luck! I bought a £400 Samsung from them back in November last year. During this time a fault came up with the speaker. As they state on their 12 months warranty, "if the unexpected happens, fill the online form and follow instructions". Of course this is what I did. I sent them my phone. Received an automatic email saying they received it and I would have news from them within 1 to 3 working days. I received this email 10 days ago. I emailed them but I had no news about my return. I phoned them and been on the phone half an hour (I 've been lucky on reading some waiting time to other customers!), to be able to speak to someone. I was simply told that they've sent me a new phone. I asked him: "why? I wasn't told anything and under the warranty I was expecting a refund". I was told it was a late return so they couldn't do refunds anymore. I believe I was told so just to calm me down. Would they have sent me a new phone I would have received some news by email. What about writing all the rules on their warranty page? That page doesn't say anything at all if not use their online form! Which won't say much more either. They even say that you can return your phone if you just change your mind... Really? Come on guys! This means I have lost those £400 as they took back the phone, and from reading some other reviews, I don't think I'll receive a replacement phone. Which will be useless anyway as I bought (still from them unfortunately) another phone before doing the procedure of sending this one back to them. So I now have a phone (which works for now), for which I've spent again almost £400 + the £400 of the phone I've sent... would they be fair enough to at least send me a replacement phone... what will I do with it? Envirofone? Never again. Black listed!
