Spent over £500 on a phone for a Christmas present. It arrived on time and was in the stated excellent condition. However, when exploring why the SIM card didn't work I found out from EE that envirofone had sold me a phone that had been reported as stolen. Envirofone refused to accept that they were at fault and did nothing to compensate me for the embarrassment of retrieving the phone (which was a Christmas present), and inconvenience of sending the stolen phone back to them. Terrible customer service. Wish I had not used this company and will not be using them again. Have sent the stolen phone back to them for a refund.
