Wish I had read reviews on here first, I have always bought clothes for my children from GAP, however our local store closed down so decided to place an online order.
I've had to send half of the items back which I did on 21/09/19, they received the 2 parcels back on 26/09/19. I have not heard anything since, so have just called them to be told that it can take up to 3 weeks for the return to be processed!!!! They have no way of checking when the return is likely to be processed & 'do not have a phone number' to even ring the warehouse to see where the return is. So in total the whole return process can take a month!!
I love GAP clothes for my kids, but WILL NOT be purchasing anymore items online.. there are companies in the UK a lot bigger than them that can process returns a lot quicker & will chase it up on your behalf. Ridiculous returns process!!!!!!!
