Do not use this service. I sent them a phone, they claimed the camera didn't work so wanted to pay me over £100 less, had I not been sure my phone was working and rejected that claim they would have scammed me out of that money. Having received the phone back and checked it works they are refusing to honour the original quote. Their customer service is also a complete joke.
