I inquired with them about an event I’m planning several months in advance and had a phone call and everything. But they inquired with a chef and sent me the sample menu and the bio and then said the chef was unavailable but was talking to other chefs. And then they just never got back to me. They never said anything. So here I am wondering if they’ll ever get back to me. I was really looking forward to hearing back because if they can deliver the quality I see in the website and the sample menus it would’ve been a spectacular occasion for me. But alas, I’ll need to inquire elsewhere due to the lack of communication.
