“I inquired with them about an event I’m planning several months in advance and had a phone call and everything. But they inquired with a chef and sent me the sample menu and the bio and then said the chef was unavailable but was talking to other chefs. And then they just never got back to me. They never said anything. So here I am wondering if they’ll ever get back to me. I was really looking forward to hearing back because if they can deliver the quality I see in the website and the sample menus it would’ve been a spectacular occasion for me. But alas, I’ll need to inquire elsewhere due to the lack of communication.”

“I recently downloaded the Gradito app and had the pleasure of experiencing working with a private chef and sommelier for the first time and I can honestly say it was one of the most exceptional culinary experiences I have ever had. From start to finish, everything was perfectly executed and exceeded all of my expectations. I was able to organize the experience within five minutes using the app – and the chef himself was able to assure me that he could accommodate my husband’s celiac condition, carefully – before making my purchase. We chose the chef’s elevated, five-course Spanish menu. Will was incredibly skilled and creative, and it was clear that every dish was thoughtfully prepared with the freshest and highest quality ingredients from Union Square. The flavors were outstanding and each dish was presented beautifully. It was a true feast for the senses.”
