Not got much faith in this company now. I'm a first time customer and pre ordered a monopoly set back in May. The estimated delivery time was the middle of August but after waiting two weeks after the deadline I decided to contact them. It took me days to finally manage to go onto live chat because even though it says their customer opening hours are 9am-6pm monday to friday, they were always offline. I finally got through to someone and was told that their shipment hadn't arrived but they will keep me updated. Still nothing and it still says it is in the processing stage. Again live chat is offline so sent an email to cancel. It was supposted to be a birthday present which I know is not going to get here in time. So I got to find the money and look for something else now. I will keep on at them until I get my money back but reading alot of these reviews I am not hopeful it is going to be straight forward. I am not impressed at all especially as a first time customer and I will definately not be recommending them to anyone.
