Ordered a board game for son in law. It came within 5 days and was extremely well packaged. Game is as advertised. I was kept informed of delivery date and time. Very pleased with IWOOT.

Bunch of cowboys!!! Ordered an item in plenty of time for a gift, they lied about their delivery time so when it FINALLY arrived it was far too late. Sent it back for a refund, have received a partial refund with no explanation and I’m still fighting it now several weeks on! Awful customer service, no idea what they are talking about and the company is just blatantly trying to hang on to my money. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I ordered 2 items. I'm still waiting for the order to be dispatched 12 days later. Please do not use this company. Save your money. If the offer is to good to be true. It is.

Advertising items for sale that they do not have in stock in the hope that you are going to wait for them to come back into stock. No notification of this, i had to contact customer service to find out. I can still add the item to my basket and checkout. Don't get peoples hopes up, allowing them to order items that are showing as "in stock". I could order from elsewhere that actually has stock and not have my time wasted!

I’ve been waiting months for my order - they say it was dispatched eventually in January and would arrive 48 hours later - that was two weeks ago - Royal Mail tracking states not yet received. Despite numerous messages to company absolutely nit hung heard back. Abominable customer service. Seem like scammers to me. Don’t touch this company with a barge pole.

Our daughter ordered something from your company which should have arrived on the 23rd December, sadly it was supposed to be a gift for Christmas Day. We have been assured that it was finally delivered yesterday evening by Evri however we were at home but never received the parcel 😕

Absolutely disgrace of a company, 11 days of no dispatch so I asked for a refund and they said it would be in my account in 5 working days, messaged several times and a month and a half later I still have not been refunded. I wouldn't bother ordering from them! What a joke

Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering the NASA deluxe astronomical telescope for my 5 years old granddaughter who is very interested in the planets and galaxies. Several adults tried setting it up but couldn’t see any images at all. There were no instructions. I’ve sent countless messages asking them to forward the instructions or give us some pointers as to get more than a black nothingness. I was told they would pass it to customer support and I should get a response in 3-5 days. Having waited a couple of weeks before sending them a follow email, I get the same response. This has been going on now for nearly 2 months. Certainly would never use them again or recommend them.

Terrible company i bought an electric scooter for my son the hover alpha 1 model absolute waste of money faulty tried to speak online to advisors who are sarcastic i dont understand how hard returning something can be im disabled so cant lift this scooter it took 2 parcel men to carry it its so heavy and all this weve sent an e mail we need to know the weight the dimensions blah blah blah you delivered it all the delivery and product info you should be able to look back on ive reported to trading standards all i want is my 200 pounds back so i can buy my disappointed son a scooter that works im going to go to a solicitor

Would be zero if it were an option. I bought a Moon Miner Game for Christmas 2021. It was missing the little hammer to knock out the blocks. I contacted IWOOT and they have NEVER acknowledged my message or contacted me with regard to the faulty game that they sold. You can get everything they sell cheaper on Amazon or eBay. I will never buy from them again and I make sure I tell everyone I know of my experience of their total lack of customer service.

Would be a zero if I could. Do not use this company. You have zero chance of being able to speak to anyone. I am due a refund from before Christmas. They took my order for three items and never told me they weren't stock. Clearly selling off of feeds from suppliers. The first two items came over 10 days apart. I was then told that the one present I went on to buy in the first place, the 1000 Piece Jigsaw Puzzle - World Football Stars Edition, they couldn't supply and I still haven't received a refund. my order number was 449003427. I place this order on the 21st November!! I can see why the reviews are all one star. Absolutely appalling customer service. They all hide behind their website. People still like to speak to people, not live chat that you can't access. Absolutely pathetic.

Very poor service, ordered 23rd Nov, told it was on route 5th Dec. Messaged on 6th of Dec, informed they were going to send me another one. Messaged on the 8th of Dec, they can no longer source the gift set.

Made an order as have previously ordered with no issues. Order arrived.. great..Good thing I opened it as they had sent me clearly someone else's order.. For the last nearly 2 weeks I have been trying to resolve it!! Messages almost daily and still no resolution! I just want what I ordered, not the 'sorry you've not had the customer service we expect'!!! You can't even get a manager to deal with your issue!!!

Abysmal service from this company Abysmal service from this company. Would never use them again. Purchased two items as gifts. One was received damaged and they did not respond to my email about this. Second item was not received and was absolutely no mention of it on invoice despite being charged for it. After numerous enquiries IWOOT advised me that this item was ordered through a third party (which website did not state) and this other retailer had no stock and didnt know if/when they would get anymore..... but would not give me a refund? I am still in dispute with them over this. It is not a costly item but would have had sentimental value, as my partner is seriously ill and prognosis isnt positive. Ive always said 'love you to the stars' and the mug that i didnt receive said this and the 'name a star' gift arrived with damaged packaging.

It is really amazing to have IWOO in our community in Toronto, which helped me a lot and trained us in a different area such as painting, insurance information, mental health program, yoga classes & ….

Saw a lot of negative reviews about the site and was worried. But the board game I ordered arrived within a week (I live in Australia for reference), and is a legitimate copy of the board game, not a knock off. 5 stars, would use again. Only feedback is that the company could probably afford to shrinkwrap the game so it avoids potential weather damage, but my copy had no damages so I can’t complain.

How can a company post a link showing the pathway to their C: drive... This is what they sent me... LOL file:///C:/Users/INT1336/Downloads/returnsForm_1652365966559.pdf How do they expect for this link to even work?!!!!! This company is a joke. You will give me a refund, because I am in the process of contacting the Ombudsman services. I have several messages from Iwoot highlighting incompetence, which shows clear signs of them not wanting us to return.
