I'm not sure who is scamming in this company, but someone clearly is. 3 times this year I've ordered multiple items, been sent less than what I ordered, and nothing is done. Even with concrete proof in the form of the actual weights and dimensions of the boxes that FedEx records making it impossible for all the items to be in the box - they don't do anything. I have to resort to doing multiple credit card chargebacks each and every time. No effort is made on their end to have someone actually look at the evidence and see that they aren't shipping what they say they are. If it happens one time - sure it could be a mistake. But 3 times out of 6 orders? That's not a mistake - that's theft and no one at iWoot/Zavvi cares whatsoever.
