I ordered an item two weeks ago and have spent most of this week trying to cancel it as it is still 'processing' and I can't wait any longer. They also lie on their website and say they don't take payment until the order is dispatched but they took my money on the day I placed the order. Eventually, today they have told me it is too late to cancel as it has conveniently moved to the warehouse. I now have no choice but to wait for it for eventually arrive, return it in my own time, pay for the return and wait for it to be processed before I will see my refund! It is still with them and I don't think I will ever get the item or my money back! I will never use them again.
