Placed an order for Christmas at the start of December. It’s now Christmas week and it still hasn’t been dispatched. I’ve requested it be cancelled and they emailed days ago saying they couldn’t cancel due to it being released from the warehouse. Still not dispatched though. Their website makes it extremely difficult to cancel anything. Single mother on low income and a big chunk of what little presents I could get now not arrived. Thanks iwoot you bunch of p*****
